Delight in effortless relaxation as warm stones are utilized as a tool to aide in muscle release along the entire body’s muscle groups . Pressure is customizable from light to firm . Optional choice of house curated aroma-therapuetic massage oil. Sound Healing begins and ends this delightful option! 

Mama Rose - Pre/Post Natal Massage

Reflexology

Decadent foot soak (bath tea sea salt soak of your choice ) followed by an integrated reflexology and foot massage treatment. Your time will complete with a grounding focused sound healing session. 

Bamboo & Thai Compress Fusion

A warming massage using gently heated bamboo rods and Thai herbal compresses designed to relax, detox, and rejuvenate tired muscles. Each session ends with Tibetan & Crystal Sound bowls.

Sound Thai

Table Thai massage is a unique & comprehensive style of bodywork. Unlike its western counterpart, Sound Thai massage is performed with the client fully clothed. Sound Thai massage combines acupressure, yoga, and massage with Tibetan bowls along energy lines to create a truly holistic wellness experience. Sound bowls are used directly on the body & stretching is a main component, so this modality may not be suitable for all clients. Some contraindications include those with epilepsy, those with pacemakers, arthritis, mobility and joint issues, among others . Please check with your physician prior to making an appointment. 

Tsuboki Facial Massage & Sound Alchemy

This Japanese inspired facial massage integrates specialized acupressure , Gua sha, with sound healing in one beautiful service. 

Traditionally, Tsuboki is a four stage energizing massage utilizing acupressure work along the 8 meridians that flow through the face: Kimber has developed this further, with the use of Gua sha and sound tools,  safely within the protocol,  to increase relaxation and results.  This beautiful detailed neck, head and face massage relaxes and rejuvenates, improves skin tone, may reduce the appearance of fine lines, as well as relaxes mind, body, and spirit. 

AromaCalm Massage

An aromatherapy massage experience utilizing therapeutic grade essential oils on the back and feet with massage on these as well as the head, & ears. Pressure is very light and the technique is designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (opposite of fight and flight) in order to encourage  homeostasis so that we can focus on allowing our bodies to heal and reset. Gentle Sound Healing with crystal singing bowls finishes the session.

This modality seeks to effortlessly release unconsciously held beliefs from the energetic biofield in order to remove blocks and move towards equilibrium.

Ease & Tranquility Coaching

A specific &  heart centered alternative treatment for those dealing with anxiety as a by product of  menopausal hormone changes, C-PTSD, adult ADHD, or adults diagnosed later in life with autism spectrum disorder.

A specific blend of Sound healing, EFT/ Tapping, breath-work and meditative modalities combine to bring coaching support to give greater support and tools to help move to a centered place of safety and away from automatic unconscious patterns and triggers.

Ho’oponopono is the  ancient Hawaiian practice, still relevant and in  use and is well-known for the miracle of clearing negativity from one’s mind and thoughts to create a life of balance. This meditative practice can help erase unconsciously held blocks creating avenues for healthier relationships with oneself and  others. 
 

This session is client directed and centered on specific issues that may be keeping one from manifesting the life they want and moving forward with authenticity.
