Studio Etiquette

All new clients must complete a thorough intake form prior to their first service & verify/ update any changes upon subsequent visits.

All appointments require a debit or credit card to hold the appointment. Online appointments will be followed up with a verification email. If you do not receive a verification, please message us to confirm.

We require a 24 hr. cancellation notice with the exception of emergencies & illness. Please do not come ill- we will happily reschedule you. Clients must call or message 24 hrs prior to appointment time or they will be charged via the card on file - no exceptions for no call/ no show. We may waive this on a case by case basis.

Arrive few minutes prior to your appointment time. We ask that you disengage from your cellphone during your appointment times but are understanding for those who need to be tethered for emergencies. We really want you to enjoy & unwind!

Please remember you have the right to end any services or therapeutic relationship, ant any time, as does your therapist. Safety for all, in every way, is key to healthy supportive environments! We honor every person who comes into our space.

If you require your therapist to wear a mask, we can honor these requests. Please notify us when the appointment is made. Please understand, these appointments are limited in number each week due to the masks creating skin irritation issues for the therapist, but we will do our best to be accommodating.

Please, no pets- even if they’re left in the vehicle. If you have a well behaved emotional or service animal, they are indeed welcome- please let us know in advance.

All our massages come with customizable pressure from light to firm. Requests for deep tissue on any area will be upgraded to the Therapeutic Massage price.

We price our services to be at fair industry standards. While we won’t turn down tipping, please know we view what we do as therapeutic in nature and will never ask. Service discounts cannot be combined.

Lastly, we cannot wait to provide you with heart centered care and consideration. It is a joy to be of service.
